Dear all,
With approximately two months to go before we had our kick-off of 4ArTS 2017 planned, we have to decide to cancel the whole event.
Despite more than half a year of hard working on a wonderful program and announcements through Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and mailings to get attention and interested students to join us, we did not manage to get enough participants.
Without enough participants we are not able to organize 4ArTS succesfully, so we have to disappoint the registered participants, who gave us their trust and enthousiasm, and the lecturers, who put their faith in our organisation and also are very willing to give their best to all of us, organisers, volunteers and participants, almost for free.
We will refund fee-payments to the account known.
We thank everybody for their faith, enthousiasm and support. Maybe we will meet again.
